Teacher Training Taster!

Want to start practicing yoga at home but don’t know where to start? Are you already doing a few postures at home and want to find out more?

Join us for an epic day of yoga in Fig Tree Lane. Ready to take your yoga practice to the next level and learn how to live a yogic lifestyle.

The day will include:

• two asana, pranayama and meditation practices.
• two home practice lessons where you will learn how to create your own balanced home practice and integrate yoga into your daily life.
• practices and handouts to take home to help you with your home practice.
• morning tea.
• lunch at a local cafe (not included in cost).
