Yoga Therapy is a highly individualised allied health service that draws on traditional yogic practices and modern evidence-based scientific research to prescribe yoga practices for rehabilitating and treating individuals while empowering them to be proactive in their journey to optimum health.

It is a holistic, biopsychosocial model that encompasses diet, lifestyle, relationships, and physical, mental and spiritual health. Katie is a qualified yoga therapist. If you are interested in a one-on-one Yoga Therapy session, please contact us for more information.

During your consultation, you will discuss your goals and current lifestyle practices with Katie. Following this Katie will formulate a treatment plan encompassing yogic practices. If required, further consultations may be scheduled. No yoga experience is necessary.
